I am the founder of the Next Level Coaching hub and your host in Next Level Coaches podcast & community.
I am an experienced Business coach, Culture Shift Creator and Facilitator. And I am passionate about coaching.
My niche is helping Leaders and their teams & organisations create lasting change and do so with a very high success rate.
And I love my work.
After more than 20 years experience with more than 3000 coach sessions, primarily with leaders and key employees, 9 certifications and examinations in different coach methods and methodologies, a 3 digit number of Culture Shifts for teams & organisations it is not experience and education I am missing.
And still I seek to explore new tools, methods and approaches. And I gravitate towards other coaches in order to be inspired and challenged, to explore, discuss and learn what other coaches are doing that works for them.
All to keep developing myself, my coaching skillset and my business. And because I love to explore, learn and connect!
Because, I believe that if we as coaches and industry want to stay at the top inside our coaching niches we as individuals and as an industry needs to continue to explore, experiment, adapt and grow as individuals and as coaches.
I'm also aware that a lot of us work either alone or in smaller coach & consultancy companies with limited assess to have the 'over the desk' conversations.
